Covid-19 related shipping delays update

For US shipments, you may find your tracking not moving since your order date. We are sorry for this as we've experienced some challenges in the past month pertaining to shipment of parcels.
But we’re happy to inform that shipping across the US has now eased and delays in deliveries in April due to Fedex and USPS reduced capacity are now being addressed as shipping is relaxed in more states. If you ordered in April and still do not receive your products by 10 May, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate your concern.
